Spread across four historic farm-houses (House of Memories, of Flavors, of Scents and the Farmer’s House), the property offers nine exclusive apartments, one suite and three rooms.

Olivum, traditional restaurant: discover the authentic Tuscan cuisine at Olivum agri-bistrò. We offer meat and seafood dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. Our ingredients are selected exclusively from the rich heritage of local km0 production, prioritizing short supply chains and local producers.

3 swimming pools: cool off in our two large sea-view pools or in the baby pool (only 50 cm deep), perfect for young children.

Nature & four-legged friends: explore the residence’s trails for rejuvenating walks and breathtaking sunsets, and make use of the “Sgambalandia” dog’s area where dogs can play freely.

Otium slow lounge: let yourself be embraced by the warmth of the Otium slow lounge. Cozy in winter, cool in summer, it’s a welcoming retreat in every season — an invitation to truly unwind.
